1.  How to Register (Opens 15 Aug 2022)

1.1 CURRENT USERS
Current users are individuals with an existing account in the IEEM online portal.
  1. Log-in with your email and password here: https://ieem.meetmatt-svr.net
  2. Click on “Conference Registration” on the left menu and follow the online instructions to complete your registration and fee payment.
1.2 NEW USERS
New users who have never been to the IEEM online portal before and initiating their first session,
  1. Create New User Account here: https://ieem.meetmatt-svr.net/Account/Register?returnUrl=%2F
  2. Log-in with your email and password here: https://ieem.meetmatt-svr.net
    Click on “Conference Registration” on the left menu and follow the online instructions to complete your registration and fee payment

2.  Fees & Participation

2.1 IMPORTANT NOTES – TO AUTHORS/PRESENTERS
  1. It is expected that at least one author presents the accepted paper.
  2. Authors/Presenters need to pay fees by 1 October 2022.
  3. Late payment may result in the paper not being included in the conference program.
  4. Each paid fee covers one presentation. The maximum limit is 3 presentations and an additional registration fee applies for each additional presentation.
  5. Participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the online registration form and fee payment.
  6. Per IEEM no-show policy, the organizer reserves the right to exclude any unpresented papers from the proceedings to IEEE Xplore®
  7. There will be no refund for registration cancellation/withdrawal.
2.2 FEES
  • 1 Singapore Dollar Equals 0.71 United States Dollar (as of 6 Jul 2022)

For registration and fee payment after 01 October 2022, all conference issues are while stocks last.
Dinner ticket (if applicable) is subjected to seats being still available. Please enquire at registration desk onsite.

3.  Registration Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy

3.1 REGISTRATION FEES, PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd is the conference management company for IEEM2022.
3.2 FEES & PARTICIPATION
  1. As the Secretariat is Singapore registered, payment in Singapore Dollars is preferred.
  2. Membership ID must be provided at the time of registration if you select Member Category.
  3. Each paid fee covers the presentation for ONE accepted abstract/paper only. Additional fee is SGD540/USD390 to present an additional accepted abstract/paper. Each author may register and present up to THREE accepted abstracts/papers maximum (One as main author and another two as additional papers).
  4. Over length page charge at SGD220/USD160 each is payable if your paper exceeds the 5-page limit. No author may exceed eight pages for each paper.
  5. Authors are expected to register and attend the conference. Only camera-ready manuscripts that are IEEE Xplore® compliant can be included in the conference proceedings. Please note that this is not an undertaking by the organizers that accepted papers will appear on IEEE Xplore® and be indexed on the EI Compendex. Indexing decision is made by the organization(s) concerned.
3.3 REGISTRATION WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  1. Authors need to register and pay by 1 October 2022 in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings.
  2. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation.
