- Participants are required to be in smart casual attire with covered shoes
- Please note that insurance coverage is not included in the field trips and participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage, where necessary
- Participants on field trips/tours agree to indemnify the conference secretariat and the IEEM2022 organisers against any claims arising from injury or loss sustained during the trip
